Thank you very much for showing us your most recent project. Your personnel appear to be doing "Craftsman" level work in a very tidy work space. That's nice to see in this day and age.
Clearly the same level of care was used when putting together the foundation as this is obviously a wet site and the basement was bone dry without a hint of mouldiness or smell. Even that little bit that one expects as common to new builds.
This new build is a real eye catcher. Please let me know when it's done as I'd love to drive by for a final look.

I want to just say a special thank you to Paramount Fine Homes!
We came home after a holiday and found no heat in our home. After checking out the downstairs crawl space basement, we found 2 feet of water engulfing the furnace and various items floating on the surface. Just like on commercials, mass panic set in. Who to call? What to do? Do I call plumbers, electricians, handymen or the insurance company???? We called Paramount Fine Homes Inc. at 9p.m. On the phone we were calmed down and were told he and his workers will be there at 8a.m. the next day. I said to myself and to my wife, "sure he will" and thoughts of what will we do tomorrow with no heat, no water...only aggravation and worries!!!! Well guess what, he and his crew were there at 8, began draining the basement, ordering new equipment and rectifying the situation which also included dealing with my insurance company. The problem was handled properly and all was working within 48 hours!!!!
I would highly recommend Paramount Fine Homes Inc. for all your homely problems.

I HAVE HAD A COTTAGE ON LAKE SIMCOE FOR OVER 30 YEARS
Although it was made new and well, problems always come up. Not just with the physical building itself, but with maintenance problems, problems with the landscaping and problems with the shorefront pad. I've had the known problems with a variety of different gardeners handyman, builders and craftsman, I despaired of ever finding someone I could trust and someone who could do a job properly and well. I always had multiple workers. FINALLY, two years ago, I came across Paramount Fine Homes and since then having my cottage has become a pleasure again. There is someone I can call from far away even when I'm out of the country, someone who will instantly have a look, someone who can repair quickly and be very attentive to all my various needs but someone friendly who I can contact anytime. I just wish Paramount Fine Homes could function all over ONTARIO and even Canada. I give them the highest possible recommendation. Now that I have found them, I cannot do without them
